Terms of Service
These terms govern rentals by spatialsyncdc.com LLC, EDRPOU 03058102, Kyiv, Ukraine. Booking means acceptance.
Rental Terms, Age and Licence
Rental is a lease under Chapter 56 and Articles 798-803 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (No. 435-IV). Drivers must be 21+, hold a category B licence for 2+ years and present a card in their own name; ages 21-24 and 70+ pay a surcharge.
Deposit, Payment and Insurance
A refundable deposit is pre-authorised on the main driver's card at pick-up and released within 14 days after return, less fuel, fines or damage. Third-party liability and collision cover with a deductible are included. Optional waivers cut liability for damage, glass and tyres, but not for drink-driving, unauthorised drivers or off-road use.
Fuel, Service Area and Extra Drivers
Return the vehicle at the recorded fuel level, or a refuelling fee applies. Use is limited to Ukraine; cross-border trips need written consent and a surcharge. Entry to occupied territories is prohibited. Extra drivers must meet the same age and licence rules and pay a daily fee.
Complaints and Applicable Law
Unresolved consumer disputes are handled under Articles 20 and 22 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (No. 1023-XII). Provider details are published under Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" (No. 675-VIII).
