What Happens Next

1. We review your rental dates and the vehicle class you requested.
2. We confirm availability and send you the rental terms, total price and payment details.
3. The rental agreement is concluded only after we confirm your booking in writing and you accept the terms.

Submitting the form does not by itself create a binding contract. Vehicle rental is governed by Chapter 56 (Lease) and Articles 798–803 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (No. 435-IV).

Your Rights as a Consumer

You are protected by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (No. 1023-XII). Under Article 20 and Article 22 you may complain to us directly and may apply to the state consumer-protection authority for out-of-court dispute resolution.

Company identification data is disclosed under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" (No. 675-VIII), Article 12. Personal data is processed on your consent under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" (No. 2297-VI). Cookies are used under Article 26(6) and Article 40 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" (No. 5364-IX). Advertising follows the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" (No. 270/96-VR).
